Public protocols, private personal information.
An agency can choose to make its published protocol materials public. That choice does not make personal accounts, memberships, or individual report details public.
Access with a purpose.
Authorized agency administrators can manage their agency’s memberships and review reports. The platform owner can provide support and administer the service. Authentication, hosting, and storage providers process information needed to operate the platform.
Reports are handled respectfully.
Other authorized viewers see only a pending report count. Reporter identity, reason, and review details are restricted to authorized agency administrators and platform support.
Demonstration records and requests.
During this demonstration, account and agency records remain until the account holder or agency requests removal or the demo is retired. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact [email protected].
Daily database backups and deleted-file recovery copies are retained for up to seven days. Restored data must still honor completed deletion requests. Security and operational logs are handled by our hosting providers.
Study history and patient information.
Department libraries store up to 40 study sessions only in your browser. Clear them from Library information. Patient weight and calculator inputs stay in memory and are not saved. Do not enter patient names, identifiers, or care records.
Demonstration terms.
Agency agreements remain drafts; no contract is executed by this demo. This policy applies to the demonstration. Commercial retention terms and final agreements require review before service launch.
